Reiki is a vibrational healing practice. In Japanese “Rei” is often defined as spirit, while “Ki” means energy. Reiki helps to bring us to a state of balance on every level – mental, spiritual, physical and emotional. Reiki strengthens our natural ability to heal by encouraging balance. It does not cure symptoms or attack disease but rather it strengthens our natural ability to heal and brings us to a state of greater wholeness. Reiki works on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It can reduce stress and tension, improve physical health, mental clarity or encourage spiritual growth.
Hannah's practice incorporates restorative yoga postures, essential oils, intuitive massage and light bodywork.
